ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Fran, a highly experienced Dog Trainer and Behavioural Expert with almost 12 years in Dog Training and behaviour psychology.
It's a privilege to work with dogs, but in fact amazing people on a daily basis. I take immense pride in the rewarding nature of my profession. I have successfully trained thousands of dogs, averaging 35 to 40 each week, with a strong specialisation in Gundogs, particularly Working Cocker Spaniels, Springers, Retrievers, and Labradors. No breed is beyond my expertise; I've trained over 150 breeds, including Dachshunds, Poodle mixes, Staffies, Whippets, Terriers, Bully breeds, and various toy breeds such as Chihuahuas, Shih Tzus, Yorkies, and more.
My mission as a Trainer is to unlock your potential with your dog and significantly enhance your relationship. I strive to open up new possibilities in your bond, leading to a happier and calmer life together. Central to my work is building strong connections with clients, allowing me to quickly identify any issues you might be facing and addressing them directly. My goal is to help you create a richer, more tranquil, and fulfilling life alongside your furry companion.
As your Trainer, I'm committed to ensuring that your journey with your dog is not only enjoyable but also healthy and manageable. I’m eager to equip you with essential skills to recognize what makes your dog unique, as every breed and individual dog possesses distinct traits. Though change can often be challenging, I firmly believe in the wisdom of the saying, "We can't expect change if we're not willing to change ourselves!"

" I want you to experience all the joys of dog ownership and support you in meeting your dog’s needs- and yours too! "
I believe meaningful dog training is built on love, patience, and commitment. Bringing a dog into our lives marks the start of a transformative journey—not just teaching commands like sit or stay, but understanding why they matter and how they strengthen our bond. True training is about leadership, trust, and connection, where commands naturally fit into daily life. Training should be a joyful, shared experience. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, especially when challenges arise—but that’s where I come in. My goal is to help you understand your dog’s behaviour, restore calm to your home, and build routines that nurture both happiness and harmony.
Many ask, “Is training really necessary?” Absolutely. Like children, dogs thrive on guidance and structure. The more we train with them, the better we understand their needs—and the deeper our relationship grows. Dogs are remarkably intuitive; they feel our emotions and mirror our energy. That’s why expert guidance can make all the difference. Together, we’ll explore how your actions shape your dog’s behaviour and design a personalised plan that brings out the best in you both.
Love is the foundation of great training—but love also means setting boundaries, guiding calmly, and leading with confidence. I’ll show you how to express love through structure and communication, helping you unlock your dog’s true potential—and your own.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY...

KAYA
"We cannot recommend Francesca highly enough. She is a first class trainer with a true passion for her work. Our one year old retriever adores her and we have learnt so much from her calm and insightful approach. Moreover, we have also used the first class dog sitting for two holidays; what a difference it makes to know your dog is also having a wonderful time and being cared for so brilliantly! A real 'dog whisperer', don't hesitate to use her services!"

RIVER
"Francesca has been amazing! A really nice balance between being friendly and approachable but also professional with expert knowledge. She knows her stuff! Initially, we had to take a few steps back before moving forward and seeing a change in our dog's behaviour but Francesca supported us every step of the way."

NELLIE
"I have absolutely loved my sessions with Francesca. I reached out when I was pregnant to try and get a handle on my excitable Springador before the baby came along and she was wonderful. Francesca helped me understand my dog’s behaviour and gave me some really simple techniques to tackle our issues. She is exceptionally warm and kind and importantly, her tips do the trick! Thanks so much Francesca"
